New for 2026 is a regular gravel/adventure series, 2-3 times a month on Sunday mornings. Routes will vary from introductory to "spicy", generally running from 15 to 50 miles in length. Terrain will consist of a mix of mostly dirt/gravel, minimal tarmac connecting roads, and occasional sandy sections or singletrack. RwGPS navigation files will be provided for each ride...
We'll wrap up the summer gravel riding with a fan favorite from this years' Spring Picnic. Originating from Myles Kimmerly Park in Maple City, we'll head up and around Prospect Hill and a loop that overlooks Pyramid Point, returning past the Palmer Woods trailhead. 60/40 gravel/pavement, this route has a few climbs but overall is not that technical. 28 miles overall with 2000' of elevation gain. Bonus points will be provided if the group opts for a little "sightseeing" on the Palmer Woods singletrack. Meet up at the park at 9:30am...
