About this event
This is the Beginner Class
The Cherry Capital Cycling Club is excited to offer a Mountain biking skills class. This program will teach a broad range of skills and is intended to build confidence and knowledge in riding your mountain bike. This year there will be two separate classes: beginner and intermediate.
This program will be taught by experienced mountain biker and racer Amelia Hasenorhl and others.
The series will consist of three classes per session and will cover bike handling, taking corners and turns, riding over obstacles, hill climbing and gearing strategies, riding on various surfaces, how to ride bumps, jumps and drops safely and effectively. Riders can take both classes or chose to take one or the other.
Monday Evenings (6-8pm)

Registration cost is $40 per participant/ $25 for CCCC Club Members.
Beginner sessions will be held at the Vasa Pathway (Bartlett Rd trailhead) and Timber Ridge.
