About this event
This tasty annual event features fresh Michigan strawberries over shortcake with real whipped cream. A shorter 30 mile option is available.
The main route follows RAT roads directly to Alden and continues to Clam River via Chapman Rd and Crystal Beach Rd before returning to Strawberry Shortcake Festival at the Alden RR Depot. The shorter option does not proceed beyond Alden.
Distance: Main route 41 miles
Pace: 14-17 mph, faster riders also welcomed.
Terrain: A couple of hills, mostly on the climb up from Torch Lake
